There are many techniques and ways one can achieve a healthy lifestyle, there are two major ways one is an artificial healthy lifestyle and the other is genuine healthy lifestyle. The artificial healthy lifestyle is not that everlasting and enduring because one can achieve apparent health, energetic feeling and physique through different drugs that do comprise on side effects, so it is highly inadvisable. On the other hand genuine healthy lifestyle is the one that is accomplished through constant exercises, balance diet, good activities and other significant objects, therefore one achieves a lasting health status and the immune system is very resilient in such cases, so one should go for a genuine healthy life style.
A person that is looking for a healthy lifestyle firstly should focus on the diet, balance nutritious diet is extremely important. More fruits and vegetables add good elements in one’s diet.
Processed foods and sugar based stuff should not be taken frequently but occasionally it’s alright going for that.  
Exercises are very important for a healthy lifestyle. Exercises make one feel good internally, initiate confidence and build stamina. Don’t rush to exercise one own self its critical one must consult some doctor, physiotherapist for better advice and exercise schedule and nature. Walking is a very vital form of exercise, so one should walk as much he/she can. Awake early in the morning take Pushups, sit ups and stretch your body, then take a deep breath till ten minutes. This activity does a very good start up at the beginning of the day and makes you lifestyle a healthy lifestyle.
 To make the body performing well one need vitamins and minerals, so it should be perfectly understood that there is some food that contributes such elements.
 


For maintaining a healthy lifestyle one should has an adequate healthy environment around, so one must engage people across one’s circle in similar routine thus building a healthy environment, one can involve friends, family and co workers in the same network. 
 Enjoy life, play some jokes among people across oneself, this releases stress and make lifestyle easier, healthier and prosperous. 
 

 These are some activities, diet and a balance routine can really convert a dry poorly lifestyle into cherished healthy lifestyle.
